OD/C/7250 is a practical, skills-oriented course designed to empower educators, instructional designers, and e-learning practitioners with the knowledge and competencies required to thrive in the digital education space. The course explores the full spectrum of online learning—from conceptual frameworks to hands-on development—focusing on the design, implementation, and management of digital instructional environments.

You will explore the fundamentals of instructional design, the architecture and functionality of Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the critical components of effective online course creation. Core areas include:

  • Development of user-centered support systems tailored to online learners

  • Design and configuration of LMS platforms

  • Creation of engaging instructional content and multimedia resources

  • Design and integration of ePortfolios to showcase learner progress and outcomes
